I then turned to a Naturopathic Doctor for help.
It took a drastic change in diet and much reading and study, as well as a stubborn belief in the possibility of wellness to fully recover from 8 years of infections and antibiotics.
Parallel to this search was the search for spiritual meaning and mental wellness.
It is a long story, so suffice it to say, I am well, strong and have been coaching others for 20 years now.
